Good morning-
The sky is a perfect blue, and we have a dusting of snow on the ground, that made my 5 dogs incredibly playful this morning as we explored the backyard early as the sun came up.ALthough I am not one to encourage dieting, or New Year’s resolutions around weight loss, I have decided to offer my first teleclass this month to celebrate the energy of possibility that seem to come with a new year. INTRODUCING (ta-da!) THE INTUITIVE BODY TRANSFORMATIONAL JOURNEY !!

You will have a choice of 2 different group teleclasses, one on tuesday evenings 7-8 pm Eastern Standard time , and the other will meet fridays noon-1 pm, Eastern Standard time. Class size is limited and calls are already coming in because of the New Year, I believe. I KNOW that the perfect people will come together to make the class as powerful and supportive and dynamic as I want it to be for everyone.
