You have already seen all of the information out there, tried much of it and still haven’t found the relief you were hoping for. I can help you pull it all together. Let me be your personal guide and devoted mentor so that you can finally get the results you want, as comfortably and quickly as possible.
The way we will work is via individual telephone sessions, or if you live nearby you can come in person. During a typical session you’ll have plenty of time to discuss what’s going on, what’s working or not, any special challenges coming up, whatever you want. You will always have space to talk about whatever you choose. In addition to our connecting around what’s going on for you, I will be teaching you to take small comfortable steps that will help you create a life that supports you overall, so that you don’t need to overeat, or use food in ways that hurt you.
Because I work so intuitively, I often can figure out quickly and easily where we can best focus our efforts. I will give you very specific interactive feedback during each session. You will also be learning my specialized techniques that combine energy work and healing to practice. You will learn various “Daily Essential” practices, and choose the ones you like the best so that you can live in peaceful wellbeing and really good self-care.
A big part of our focus will be bringing you back into connection with your body. Overeating or binge-eating can only happen in disconnection. Learning to come home to your body and your senses feels like grace and like ease- it feels like your…. home! Like the place you want to stay in forever because it will feel so good.
When you are kept from this feeling of being at home in your body, you feel distressed, disconnected, anxious, ungrounded and filled with shame. Your body has become a battlefield- and that has painful implications.
